Lisa Qayyum (Tara)
Sound Therapist, Voice Therapist and mindfulness coach
As a mindfulness coach with over 15 years of personal experience, I have dedicated my life to exploring and mastering mindfulness practices. My journey has been enriched by extensive training and hands-on experience, allowing me to deeply understand and teach the principles of mindfulness.
In addition to my mindfulness expertise, I am a qualified sound therapist , certified by the esteemed British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST). This advanced training has equipped me with specialised skills in using sound to enhance well-being and facilitate profound healing. I am currently pursuing voice therapy training with BAST (British Academy of Sound Therapy) and am in the process of conducting my research study for the program.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of guiding countless individuals on their path to self-discovery and inner peace. By integrating mindfulness techniques with sound and voice therapy, I help people reconnect with their true selves and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and calm.
My approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of the mind, body, and spirit, aiming to empower each person to cultivate a deeper connection within themselves and to the world around them. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, or therapeutic practices, my goal is to support and inspire others on their journey to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Nimika Keshri
Voice Therapist and Mindfulness Coach
Helping people find peace and inner harmony has been a major motivation in my career. After transitioning from an IT background, I embraced mindfulness in my personal life, which transformed my perspective and led me to guide others through mindfulness practices. For the past five years, I’ve focused on helping individuals reconnect with their inner selves and achieve balance.
Recently, I advanced my holistic well-being journey by training as a voice therapist from the British Academy of Sound Therapy. This training has expanded my ability to support and enhance others’ well-being, integrating voice therapy into my practice for a more comprehensive approach to healing and self-discovery. I am in the process of conducting my research for the program.
My dedication to helping others find inner peace is central to my work, and I’m continually inspired by the transformative impact these practices have on people’s lives.
