I am so thankful to both of you for giving me the opportunity to take part in sound therapy. I have personally noticed changes in my daily life. I’ve started enjoying simple things that I had forgotten about a long time ago. I’m trying to do things that I used to avoid, whether due to hesitation or fear. I’m also working on being more open than before, with fewer expectations from others. I’ve become more able to express my views and share my opinions. My friends and colleagues have noticed that I’m talking more and expressing myself better, and I feel good about it. Whenever I think about the sessions, I can still sense the feeling they gave me. I attended several sound therapy meditation sessions organised by them, and it was an incredible experience—quite different from the guided meditation I’ve been doing. One of the amazing things I realised about sound therapy is how the different sound frequencies help you focus on your breath and let go of stress and worries during meditation. If you get the chance to attend a sound therapy meditation, I highly recommend it.

Ääniterapian aikana levättiin silmät kiinni patjoilla lattialla tyynyn ja viltin kera omavalintaisessa asennossa. Äänimaljat soivat niin kauniisti ja taianomaisesti taitavan terapeutin käsissä. Rentoutuessani terapian aikana niin syvästi, että tunsin äänen kuplivan kehossani ja näin kauniita värejä. Terapian jälkeen nukuin yöllä todella hyvin ja heräsin aamulla hyvin rentoutuneena pitkän aikaa. Suosittelen TaRaM ääniterapiaa kaikille nykyajan arjen kiireisille ihmisille.

C’était une petite introduction mais cette session de thérapie vocale vous donnera peut-être l’envie d’explorer cette voie. The session began with an insightful introduction about sound healing process and steps, then we explored each parts by exercises. We were guided through simple yet profound exercises focused on breathing and mindfulness. These practices helped me become more aware of my body and breath, creating a sense of inner calm. What stood out most was knowing and experiencing different parts of body and their sounds and meaning in India culture. This added a unique depth to the experience, making it not just a session of relaxation but also a journey of self-discovery and connection.
I left the session feeling more attuned to my body, with a greater appreciation for the subtle interplay of mind, breath, and energy. It was a beautifully guided experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to explore healing on a deeper, conceptual level.
